I made a small batch of sourdough last night. About the size of a softball and left it on the counter with a plastic shower cap over the bowl. I'm going to make scratch veggie pizza for lunch. I spread the dough out very thin, then I put on a layer of pasta sauce. Then lots of shredded mozzarella, then minced onion and garlic. Thin sliced green pepper and tomato. On a pizza stone it takes about ten min to brown at 400*. Then I sprinkle it with Oregano and crushed chili pepper. With a garden salad and real bleu cheese dressing. I can chill the salad fork if you like. An ice cold box of white wine or beer in green bottles. Cloth napkins and coozies for the beer. We can sit on the couch under a thick blanket and watch a movie. I have Netflix and Prime. Every movie that was ever made. With a high rez 60" wall mounted TV with surround sound that I bought for Christmas. Pizza goes in the oven at 11:00 sharp. Don't be late. Bonnie Rait love has no pride
