Need help with yard work, hauling, building projects

We need some reliable help on our three-acre property as we build a tiny house, prune an orchard, put in gardens, clean up construction materials, etc. It would be great if you have a truck and can help with dump runs and picking up materials. Probably 5-10 hours a week. Don’t need any special skills, just willingness to help! $20/hour.
