Looking for large "cell"-like room for short film

Good evening! Reflection Films, an independent film production company in Albuquerque, is beginning pre-production on a short film. We are in need of a very particular type of location, and we would love any leads that the community can provide! We are looking for: a square, blank room with predominantly concrete, cinder block or tile floor and walls. Monochrome/greyscale in color. The room should be at least 20' by 20', with as high a ceiling as possible. Warehouse space or large unfurnished basements are all possibilities we are looking into. Much of our past work can be found at www.reflectionfilmsllc.com. We would need the location for 4-5 days. We are a small, low-budget crew so disturbance will be minimal.
