I almost hit this little white dog on the way to work. 18 + mound. Nobody recognized him when i drove around and asked so im posting this. He looks abandoned. No collar, dirty matted hair, uncut toenails, bad teeth, and hungry. Was able to get the vet to trim nails without an appointment. Groomer is 2 weeks out. Tried to bathe him in tub. Used my beard trimmer to clear hair out of his eyes.
