Employment type: ON CALL SNOW PLOW OPERATORS & SHOVELERS We are looking for Snow Plow Operators & Shovelers. All work in the winter is on-call, when it snows. OPERATOR Position Requirements: 1. Must be familiar with various aspects of snow plowing. 2. Must have a minimum of 2 years experience operating Boss and or Western snow plows OPERATOR & SHOVELER Position Requirements: 1. Reliable, hard working and ability to work 12 hour days. 2.Good communication skills and able to follow instructions 3.Valid driver's license and able to pass a background check. 4. Positive attitude 5. Appropriate cold weather clothing We have a great operation! Our guys are paid on a Revenue Commission! The last snow season the average wage was $303.67 and average day length was 11.11hrs / 27.32hr The lowest pay was $205.4 and the highest was $429.60 We believe in putting our cards up on the table! Potential to turn into a year round job, as we are a full lawn maintenance company as well. Company profile: Just Lawns was established in 1987.
