Relocating out of state. Need new home for cat.

I am trying to find a home for my fur baby. We are moving out of our condo on 1/29. It’s coming down to the wire and I don’t want him in a shelter if I can avoid it at all. If anyone is interested in taking him PLEASE let me know. Here is some info about Vinny. Vinny is 15 years old and weighs about 11 lbs. He is 1/2 Siamese and 1/2 domestic shorthair. He has a little bit of arthritis in his back leg but over all in great health. Vinny loves to relax and snuggle up! I have had him since he was a kitten and has been an indoor cat all of his life. He doesn’t do well with kids or other animals. He has been an “only child” his whole life until my daughter came who is almost 2 and he still has not adjusted yet. My family and I are moving out of state and our new place will not allow any pets. So sad that we can’t take him with us but he would be so much happier in a simpler quieter environment.
