Tattoo Artist from the East Coast

Meets

Los Angeles CA

Description

Man! It was years ago. I thought you were the coolest dude. We stayed at the Orange Drive Hostel off of Hollywood Blvd. I recall you saying you were all alone in the world and you were there to meet up with someone you met online. At some point we walked to the liquor store and bought a bottle of wine and walked over the bridge at the mall overlooking the Hollywood sign and shared about life. Your passion was tattoo art and you showed me some your work you did on yourself. You told me you had a job interview lined up as a tattoo artist, in Santa Monica I think, then one day you were gone. I found a piece of paper on my dresser that I held onto for years that had a number on it. At first I thought it was a phone number but it had a letter that was underlined, “b”. It might have been a 6 but I never tried it. I regret that. I hoped that you had gotten that job and I would bump into you some day in Santa Monica, but it never happened. And so here we are. If anyone knows of a tattoo artist who lost everything, moved from the east coast to LA, stayed at that hostel let him know. If you’re reading this I’m the little Latino dude you met at that hostel. One day, if I’m famous I’ll give a shout out. And the day I do, I hope I find you well my good friend.
