Hi, Re-homing a 4-month old Quaker parrot. It is beautiful and very funny. Sadly, It does have its wings clipped (from the previous owner). Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen life events, I don’t have as much time to spend time with it as they require. These birds require lots of attention! So please only serous inquiries! Please email me for more details. There is a re-homing fee. I will provide the cage and food.
