We are looking for a reliable and capable handyman for maintenance work on 15-20 rental properties located mainly in Akron The Requirements: •Familiar with use of general hand and power tools. •Years of experience making home repairs as listed below •Good communication skills •Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background screen •Because we provide 24-hour emergency service, the job may require occasional weekend work. Responsibilities -Replacing locks - Prepping walls & Painting -Cleaning -Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks and clogs - Install faucet -Light electrical such as switches, receptacles, Lights -Basic electrical such as replacing light fixtures -Repairing or replacing doors -Repairing or replacing windows -Prepare suites when vacant Please answer the following questions if interested: -Which tasks can you perform? -Do you have a car? -Do you have your own tools? -Will your phone take clear pics when I am remote? -Do you have a social media page, and or client references?
