very tame Rat looking for special home

I’ve kept many rodents during the last 40 years; rats, mice, hamsters, etc. Some were tame, some were shy, some were mean, some just preferred to be left alone. Last summer I acquired 16 weaned Dumbo Rats. Plan was to use some as feeders for pythons that I had at the time, and keep some as pets to bread for future feeders. Well, fast forward 6 months I have no more snakes and I have the tamest, most affectionate rat that I’ve seen in 40 years, plus 2 of her daughters. This female Dumbo is more like a pupy than a rat. After just 1 month we knew that there was something special about her. She preferred (and still prefers) human attention vs being with other rats. She was treated the same as the other 15 siblings/cousins but was much, much more interested in being amongst humans than with the other rats. Also, most rats are very food-oriented, but this rat will run past her favorite treats to jump on your shoulder for a ride around the house. She sleeps in a 50 gallon tub with an old BBQ grill covering 1/2 the top. She regularly jumps up on the grill and begs to be taken about the house. She loves to explore new places - not timid at all. We bring her in the kitchen while we’re cooking and let her roam around, and the living room while watching TV. She never strays far and does not hide but will continue to explore until she is picked up. She is not one bit scared of our cat and attempts to initiate play but the cat runs off. She is a scared of loud noises and will scamper back to you. We are relocating cross country next month. I don’t want any money for her, she is priceless anyway. A rat like this comes around only once, well, every 40 years I guess, and I wish I could take her with us. What I want is for her to be adopted by someone who 1) has experience with rats; 2) has the time/ambition to spend at least 1 hour per day (more would be better) with her and eventually her daughters too; 3) large accommodations for her and her daughters. I will need to be convinced that you are the right person, which should include pics of their future accommodations. She would come with her two daughters which were the runts of the liter and are on the small size despite being 2 months old. They are still a bit shy but have been gradually following mama out and spending more time with humans. Send me a PM and convince me that these rats will be happy with you.
