BUILDER HANDYMAN (on-the-ground guy) wanted for on-call maintenance and capital projects for a two-unit Silverlake rental property. The scope of capital work could include up to foundation repair/replacement, concrete driveway repair, 1000 sf roofing replacement. bathroom installation, HVAC replacement, and a possible 140 sf addition. Routine work could cover rental unit management including cleaning, tenant turnover, appliance repair, etc But also as small as re-lighting a pilot. My two historic 2 cottages in Silverlake have treated me well for 20 years and I am ready to pay them back with some nice work. I am a good employer and can work with you on scheduling around your other projects and activities. I need a solid and independent operator as I'm often 3,000 miles away and can’t be there for every decision.
