Need recessed lights installed and ceiling drywall/patched

Right now there are Two 2' x 4' openings in our ceiling with those long fluorescent light bulbs - the commercial kind. I would like two 6" recessed lights in each 2' x 4' opening (total of 4 recessed lights). One of the openings in the ceiling is above a stairwell so it's a little tricky.
