Busy parking facility service & supply company in Sun Valley is looking for individuals to join their install, maintenance & striping crew. This is dirty, physical work with the potential for lots of OT. Job details: • Drive to clients location. (Must have a clean driving record, may be driving company vehicles.) • Cleaning clients property. (Parking Garages, parking lots and general areas.) • Performing maintenance - Fixing curbs and other general maintenance. • Installing signage - at their parking garages, lots, or areas. Requirements: • Must be able to read Blueprints. • Previous construction or maintenance experience. • Proficient with basic hand tools. • Able to operate a pressure washer. • Able to lift up to 40lbs. Schedule may very on the days occasionally. 5am to 3pm Starting at $15 to $17 depending on experience.
