Maintenance Person needed for apartment building in the San Fernando Valley
We are looking for a Full Time Maintenance Person to join our team. Must live in the San Fernando Valley. As our Maintenance Technician, we expect you to bring your building, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and creative problem solving when performing the tasks below.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience working as a maintenance person in apartment buildings. Must have experience in making vacant units rent ready and have knowledge of plumbing, mechanical, electrical.
Work orders will be given to the maintenance person by the property manager to be worked on.
Must have a vehicle and some basic tools.
