On-Site Property Manager Looking for Full time for 3826 Los Feliz Blvd. in the city of Los Angeles. For 17 Units Part Time, Partial Rent Credit. Property Manager Job Responsibilities: Must be able to collect rent. Maintains property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies and advertise vacant spaces to attract tenants Must enforce rental contract and negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner. Meet all dead lines required from Property inspection, code enforcement violations Must be able to communicate with area supervisor daily Must be able to prioritize situations and emergencies regarding the property. Must be able to communicate and have good customer service with tenants and future applicants and maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants.
