Building Maintenance Person Needed - Car Pros (Tacoma and Renton) Building Maintenance - Car Pros Automotive Group Come join our maintenance team! We are seeking a maintenance staff member for our commercial buildings; facilities located in Renton and Tacoma. This position will be responsible for performing various maintenance functions that are necessary to maintain and enhance values to our properties. Duties will include: Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry, Masonry, Work on chain link fences, Change oil in compressors, Tune up landscape tools, Work on electrical fans and to monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned. Must be organized and work independently. Must have valid WA driver's license.
