Description
I am a Long Island (Nassau County) based Mom and business owner, searching for a some help. I would like to have a high-energy, part-time, live out personal assistant who can help me manage our daily schedule. An ideal candidate is highly organized, flexible, resourceful and a fantastic communicator. You have a positive mindset and are motivated by helping me not feel overwhelmed with life and giving me and my daughter (4 years old) a helping hand. Hours needed are Monday-Friday 5pm-8pm. 3 hours a day, 5 days a week.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with me to create weekly/monthly plans for our household needs.
- Help me organize our 1 bedroom and 1 child play space.
- Helping me prep for school & dinner the following day.
- Assist with the initial cleaning and organizing of the 2 spaces, this will be about 3-4 hours, then we can maintain it together.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
Truly not out to overwork someone and pay them unfairly. Just an overwhelmed Mom trying to feel less overwhelmed.
Requirements:
• 1+ years of similar personal assistant/house manager experience
• Prior experience as a nanny or administrative role
• Great organizational and prioritization skills
• High trust, able to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills

Schedule: Part-Time
Compensation: $20/hr
