Otters lost, please help me find him…..

Otters just over 1 year old. We were given him on Jan. 18, 2021. He was just a little pup. My friend picked him out special for me. I lost my other dog to bone cancer and was missing her so much. Otters helped me to get over the loss of my other dog. But now he’s missing and my depression is overwhelming. Please text if you’ve seen him. I need to find him. Thank you so much.
