We are looking for a few good generally skilled subcontractors to help turn vacant units. Required skills include: Removing Trash from Unit General repairs to Unit - patch drywall - replace fixtures - replace/repair door hardware - prepare unit to be painted Paint Focused on creating a quality finished product Able to work unsupervised and independent Able to troubleshoot unique situations Multi-skilled Preferably 3 years in a handyman or similar trade Possibility of some light plumbing and electrical Must have your own tools and truck/van Must be reliable and trustworthy This is a 1099 position and you will receive payment upon completion of each job on that Friday. If you complete 2 jobs by Friday you will be paid for both jobs on that Friday! You will also know exactly how much you will be paid for each fully completed job before you start the job.
