I'm looking for other artists interested in sharing a warehouse space. The rate would be something around $1 per square foot. We could design the space based on the number of people and how large they would each like their space to be. I myself work in jewelry design and am a painter. I may also use the space for writing etc. The owner is not open to welding in the building, everything else is a potential at this point. Please reach out with some information about yourself, your art and what size of space you might be interested in renting.
