Real estate investment company seeks reliable field agent to place signs advertising our business. Other responsibilities will include writing down addresses of houses that look in need of proper care, and for rent by owner signs. This is job requires driving around town. Candidates should be willing to place magnetic signs advertising our business on their vehicle (you can take them off whenever you choose). You are paid an hourly wage of $17/hr. Also, a bonus payment of $250 bonus per deal that we are able to close resulting from your sign placements. Initially the job will start at 5 hours per day, with the option to rise to full time if the candidate desires it.
