Regional property management company is seeking a senior maintenance technician for their properties in Waterloo, IA. We are seeking full time knowledgeable, self- motivated, experienced maintenance professionals to join our team. HVAC experience is preferred but not required. Must have own tools and reliable transportation. Responsibilities and qualifications include: * Maintain general appearance and maintenance of the property * Prepare unit turns * Basic carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical * Must provide your own tools * Ability to work on-call (in rotation group) * Customer Service oriented * 1 year of previous maintenance experience required * HVAC experience and CPO certified preferred A signing bonus of $1,000 is available for this position after 30 days of employment.
