Requirements: Must have knowledge of construction Be able to cut lumber, Drywall (No finishing required but a plus) basic plumbing skills (e.i. set toilet sinks vanitys) basic Electrical (change light fixtures) knowledge of all tools. Valid and clean drivers liscense. Be able to pass a drug screening and background check Maintain a clean image. Be proffesional at all times. (You will be interacting with clients on a daily basis)
