HardHat Workforce Solutions is currently hiring a Lead general construction laborer and construction laborers for a large, long term construction site in Louisville, Kentucky. This position has the potential to be a permanent position for the right candidate. This position will not only be a lead position, you will be required to do physical construction tasks as well. • Pay is up to $20/hour • The Schedule is working at least 6 days a week, 10 hour shifts- you are required to work all shifts • Must be self motivated, willing to learn Candidate Requirements: • Over three years construction experience with an emphasis on commercial and industrial fields. • Candidate must be familiar with safety protocol and must be able to perform certain safety tasks independently. • Candidate needs experience in carpentry, light demolition, and general labor. • Candidate must be able to lead a team of laborers independently. • Candidate must have light experience in administrative work- Microsoft office products knowledge a plus We are interviewing for this position immediately.
