Description

We are looking for a responsible Property Maintenance Worker to oversee and perform maintenance and repairs for our commercial properties in and around Boulder County. Maintenance Work Duties/Responsibilities Roof repairs Mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems Landscaping and snow removal services Janitorial work Tenant finish work Moving services Accessibility/Communication Responsibilities Working hours from Monday-Friday from 7:30am to 4:30pm Available to respond to property manager and tenant emergencies after work hours Obtain maintenance requests from tenants Report any and all property maintenance issues to the property manager Relay any and all vehicle and equipment issues to the maintenance supervisor Report any tenant issues or suspicious activities on the property Polite and courteous behavior with tenants at all times Required Skills/Abilities Ability to follow instructions from supervisors or senior maintenance workers Knowledge of general carpentry and repair Ability to use hand tools and power tools Excellent organizational and time management skills Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required Related experience preferred On-the-job training offered Physical Requirements Prolonged periods standing and walking Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces Must be able to lift heavy objects
