Looking for a a good contractor and/or crew who can perform general repairs and property preservation services in Greater Cincinnati area. Will be working on foreclosed and rental homes. Must have truck and trailer, generator, air compressor, lawn equipment, basic tools and an iphone or equivalent. Work includes lock changes, winterizations, evictions, debris removal, cleaning, snow removal, grass cutting, bid work and general maintenance and repairs. Locks are provided. Pay is weekly. Some experience preferred.
