We have 2 spaces for rent in an little known industrial area without noise restrictions. *The first Room is a Music Studio with high-quality reference monitors, headphones, and a condenser microphone for use. The studio features a unique Multi-track USB MIXER capable of sending multiple tracks via USB into your computer and Digital audio workstation. All you need is your laptop. Perfect for mixing, band practice, or recording live jam sessions. $20 per hour *The second space is a large performance venue outfitted with two 18” inch subwoofers and two 15” inch top speakers. The space is 13’x70’ and can comfortably host 60-100 guests. Pricing varies and depends greatly on the type of practice, event, the ticket price, and time of usage. Smoking and drinking are allowed in the private space. Sales of alcohol are not allowed. Mid day and early evening events book for a flat rate or a door split based on the ticket price The later into the night the space is booked, the more the space will cost. After hours events start at 1,800 (10pm-4am) with ample load in time.
