Looking for a Maintenance person.
Duties:
Complete unit repairs & maintenance including painting.
Keep up the grounds. (mowing/weeds)
Perform routine maintenance as directed by the manager and complete maintenance requests by tenants.
Pay is dependent upon experience
Work is part-time or as needed.
