I am from Seattle/ Tacoma area and men stand in parking lots looking for work most are hired by 10am I have hired many of them / most are great workers Here it like the (government) just want's to give free money (you don't need a job ) your neighbor will pay ? I'm confused is the point a hand UP.? Not a hand UP ? I guess political people just want votes not a self sufficient tax payee
