Seeking maintenance person. Pay is $15 an hour. Not payroll but 1099 at end of year. I am a landlord with multiple properties within the city limits. Need someone with transportation who is willing to paint, clean, shovel steps, change ceiling tiles and do light carpentry. Would be great if you can also do light plumbing. You will be working alongside other maintenance person as there is enough work for both.
