Two female rats, young, experienced rat owners please

I'm looking for an experienced home for my two young rats! One of them either just flat out doesnt like me or has a few behavioral problems. She bites, but still is a sweet girl who I'm sure will be an amazing pet for the right person. I need someone who is willing to spend time with her and make her the loving self she should be. the other is an absolute doll and loves everyone. I'm looking for a small rehoming fee of $20, and I cannot provide a cage.
