Rehoming Cat Due to Owner's Dementia

Rehoming my grandmother's 4 year old spayed female cat. She was vaccinated but I don't know if those vaccines are current - and neither does she. She is also litter box trained. Grandma has reached the point where she must go into a memory care facility and her kitty cannot go with her. The kitty's name is Journey. She has been in my apartment for a little while now and seems fine with our cats and my Service Dog so other animals are probably fine with proper introduction. Asking $20 just so I know the new owner is serious and not using her for unsavory purposes.
