Looking to Start Versatile, Original Band

I am an established lead guitarist looking to start my ultimate band. Looking for creative people who can play their instruments. You don't have to be a super virtuoso on your instrument, but you must be a good, open minded, versatile musician. My personal Influences include Beatles, Black Crowes, Hendrix, Country rock, Americana, Queens Of the Stone age, Old School R and B/ Soul Music. I love Miles Davis, 50's beebop, Blue Grass, Jam Band Music, 90's grundge... I grew Up with Zep, Floyd, Rush, Journey, Boston, Queen, Stones, CSNY, Skynyrd...these bands are in my DNA, but they don't have to be in yours. Vocals and ability to do harmonies are a big deal. Your Age number is no issue.... I just don't want to play with anyone "Old" in attitude. Willing to Consider doing Cover /Money making shows as a means to creative ends. If we do this, we will make these songs our own and play them with energy, honesty and fun. I have no interest in playing the same, watered down classic rock songs for the 55+ circuit. Classic rock songs were recorded by people in their 20's, and will do them in that spirit. If you have original songs or ideas that is a plus. Obviously we need lead vocal, Drums, Bass, Perhaps a 2nd Guitarist, a tasteful really soulful Keyboard player perhaps,... Perhaps Background vocalists..I am not limited to any of this. This project/band is an open canvas at this point. We all have an ego or else we wouldn't want to play in front of people or share our songs. Need people who can manage and direct that healthy ego toward interest of the collective. Gender/ orientation/ race is of no interest. But If you don't have a sense of humor, well I don't know man. At the end of the day this has to be fun. Love for music is a must. Not interested in hobbyists. Sorry for the book, but I want to do this right or not do it at all. Please send me audio, video, pics, ideas etc.(no such thing as sending me too much especially if you are vistal). Let's talk and jam.
