Job Title: Shipping & Receiving / Inventory Control

Summary Description:
Performs a variety of customer service, in store promoting, and stocking duties related to receiving and shipping of parts and accessories that contribute to the efficient, safe, and profitable operation of the dealerships parts department. Ongoing responsibility for assisting with the counter parts sales and customer service responsibilities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Parts Department
• Ship packages through various sources.
• Assist in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Uses Dealership equipment and resources safely and proficiently.
• Receives Inventory
• Stocks parts
• Processes parts returns
• Performs other tasks as required by the Parts Manager.
2. Qualifications and Job Requirements:
• Knowledge of PBS parts operating system preferred but not required.
• Ability to speak effectively one on one.
• Ability to effectively listen.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good organization skills.
• Driver’s license.
• Forklift experience a plus.
3. Physical Demands:
• Requires the use of both hands.
• Frequently required to bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift more than 50lbs. of material.
4. Commitments:
• Be neat and clean.
• Understand the importance of good attendance.
• Wear uniform every day.
• Demonstrate an interest in growing the parts department business.
• Focus on quality and service.
Hours of Attendance:
• Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
Compensation:
• Based on experience
