We are cool with you working a 4-5 hour day to do as many jobs as you want and pay commission on all jobs plus a percentage of the retail margin. Job requirements: -must be comfortable with all aspects of equipment pad installs and repair (pumps, motors, plumbing/electrical, timers, automation and heaters) -must have your own truck and tools. I know insurance will give me a discount to put a video camera in our work trucks but your own truck is necessary for this job -must be licensed so I don’t have to eat shiz when you forget to bond a pump *I know filter cleans are considered repairs for pool cleaners but this is primarily a new equipment install and or repair position. Don’t email or call me saying you just want to clean filters to build character and bring value to the position of older techs that never started or grew their own business so they wouldn’t have to build on the electrical experience as a NAVY EOD or Air Force special reconnaissance operator.
