Well established tool and engineering company in central Indiana in business for 25 years looking for a general laborer to join our company. First shift hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Friday with paid holidays and paid vacation. Compensation based on experience, $12.00 to $25.00 per hour. Job duties include: • Ability to handle metal and fabricated parts. • Ability to take direction and complete assigned tasks. • Ability to utilize large and small hand tools. • Ability to drive a forklift is a bonus but not required. • Ability to work independently to help meet deadlines, trouble shoot problems, and problem solve with minimal supervision. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. • Must be able to stand, bend, and twist for 8 hours a day. • Must be able to lift 25 pounds. • Must be willing to eventually purchase machinist tools.
