We are looking for part-time help managing and maintaining a self storage property in the Berea area. Though the property will be remotely managed, we need a local presence for onsite tasks whose responsibilities will include: * Process move-in and move-out tasks for our self-storage customers 1-2x a week including sweeping of units, preventative maintenance, and some (light) labor * Walk the property 1-2x a week to identify any maintenance issues * Be available to meet vendors and other service people at the property as necessary * Enter basic tracking information in online management systems and communicate electronically with ownership * Collect and deposit customer payments We are looking for an individual that is responsible, reliable, detail oriented, and willing to undergo a background check. You should also be comfortable with basic technology – we will be using online communication tools and mobile apps for the majority of our communication and management. This is mostly an administrative and management role, although some light labor may be required from time to time. We expect to need somewhere between two and five hours per week of your time at a rate $20/hour.
