We are looking for motivated and reliable candidates for the position of Furniture Installer at our location in Ithaca, NY. Responsibilities include installation and reconfiguration of furniture within a customer's facility or corporate space. You will be expected to drive to designated locations to load and unload new products from installation trucks, as well as perform site cleanup after installation. You should be comfortable building products if needed before delivery, as well as using general tools to assemble products. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Included but not limited to ● Read prints and other specifications to determine method of installation, work procedures, and material, tool, and work aid requirements. ● Responsible for timely completion of the work with a high level of workmanship and a high degree of customer satisfaction ● Secure metal framing to walls. ● Fit, align, and hang panels, work surfaces, etc. ● Communicate with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Must be mechanically inclined and have experience using tools. ● Maintain a “positive” and cooperative “can do” attitude especially during problem resolution and difficult situations
