Bookkeeper with very solid QuickBooks skills needed ASAP to clean up my QuickBooks in prep for taxes. Work must be completed in no more than two weeks. $1,000 for 40 hours of work over the next two weeks. Work can be remote, but you must be able to communicate daily regarding any questions you have and the progress you are making. Types of tasks that need to be performed: (1) My company has over 500 transactions in Quickbooks for which receipts/invoices must be attached, (2) QuickBooks inputs from various bank accounts must align with Excel tables of income and expenses, (3) A couple of banks don't link directly to QuickBooks, so statement transactions must be imported or manually input. For the right candidate, this can be an on-going job of about 20 hours per month keeping books straight in QuickBooks as transactions occur real-time.
