Looking to hire two full time Maintenance Professionals Job Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to: Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the apartment complex and all areas related to the day‐to‐day maintenance. Essential duties include but are not limited to: 1) Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, masonry and painting (MUST Provide proof on resume that you have a working knowledge of these areas) 2) Repairs such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls electrical plugs and building exteriors 3) Clean out apartments of left behind items, includes furniture. Clean units, mop and sweep, degrease units. Get units ready new move‐ins 4) Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems 5) Schedule and complete preventative maintenance program 6) Complete grounds work such as: grounds pick up, sweeping and landscaping, mowing grass, pulling weeds at various units. 7) Clean common areas of apartment buildings, take out trash from laundry rooms. 8) Shovel, salt sidewalks around apartment buildings as needed. Job Requirements Maintenance Technician must maintain a professional and courteous manner with residents, visitors, contractors and fellow employees. Maintenance Tech must have the necessary tools to effectively complete tasks outlined above. One must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions and be able to maintain effective and cooperative working relationships. Create and maintain lists of maintenance performed. No lifting restrictions. Work will be performed Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm Must be able to work independently. You will be assigned assignments as needed, you will need to have good time management and knowledge to troubleshoot the repairs. Must pass a drug test Must have a valid Pa drivers license All employees will have a 90 day probation period
