(1 year experience, preferred) Crew members are responsible for performing landscape maintenance on commercial, association and residential properties as directed by supervisor. Hours are typically Mon-Fri (40-50 hrs. per week, Saturdays maybe required during the spring season). Candidates for this position must be willing to report to Ivyland, Pa. Responsibilities: - Ability to operate various mowing equipment, performing labor functions, mulching, installation, clean-ups, etc. - Ideal candidate will have previous experience, a willingness to deliver quality workmanship and a strong worth ethic. - Must pass a pre-employment screening and able to lift 50 lbs. - Must have an honest, dependable, and positive attitude. - Takes care of tools and equipment, self motivated and has the desire to learn and improve. - Adhere to company policies and seeks to grow with the company.
