Description
Large apartment community has fulltime position which requires light plumbing and light electric knowledge and skill. HVAC knowledge a plus. Ability to prepare apartments for move-in. On-call rotation availablity.
Requirements: Fully vaccinated for Covid-19, Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, maintenance experience in like setting, on call required at least one week per month. Must have own tools.
