Why is it so hard to find a little bit of help up here??

I am 53 years old with a bad heart condition and I'm a good person I'm just on hard times right now I can't feel and help up here on the South Hill for nothing for some odd reason but any other place in town people are there to help you but up here on the South Hill that's a whole different story and I just didn't know why I can't get no help up here?? All I need is a little bit of gas to get going so I can get to these food banks for food because I have no food I'm completely out of gas and I'm cold. I am willing to work for the gas. But I need gas bad.... Thanks
