Description
As a Son Property Management Service Technician/Supervisor you will be expected to maintain a luxurious appearance of properties, and a safe environment for our residents and commercial tenants.
-Provide superior customer service skills while repairing and executing resident/commercial service
requests.
-The Service Technician will create a dynamic working and living environment.
-Requires thorough knowledge of preparing for resident move ins and outs since general household repair aptitudes are the keys to success.
-This role will also work with the team to strategize, innovative, preventative maintenance ideas that will save the organization money and increase safety level.
-The Service Technician is expected to work in a team format and communicate with other staff
members/property managers and residents.
- It is important to be organized and have a strong foundation in general repairs. Oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to interior and exterior of properties.
-Maintain SON PROPERTIES company's standards for health and safety, visual, functionality, and quality of living. Son Properties requires candidates to have computer skills as our software system is web-based.
-HVAC and pool certifications would be great but are not required.
