Amateur to bass, but been in music for 10+ years. I can plays keys pretty well and did trumpet for years with a few jazz ensembles. I’m new to bass, but I’m picking it up pretty quickly due to my previous musical experiences. I want to improve my skills on bass specifically, so I’m ideally looking for a jazz/funk type of group to join or start. Open to other genres as well. Also have camera equipment to record sessions. Just looking to make good music, if something bigger comes from it, then so be it.
