Looking for a individual with maintenance experience, including drywall patching, painting, ability to check appliances are in working order, be able to change a garbage disposal, and other maintenance issues as arise. Experience in property management move in and move out process helpful.
Must have own transportation and basic tools, pay plus trip charges.
