This is a caravan style auction. You must arrive a half hour early to register to bid, you can also register the day before at our Linden Rd office from 8-4pm You will need a cash deposit of $50.00 and a valid ID to register to bid on a unit this will ensure that the buyer of each unit will clean out each unit within 24hrs of auction.
