Solar Power Supply is currently seeking for a Roofer Personnel to join our team! About: Our Solar Panel Installation team requires help on site with an experienced Roofer to help us execute our project efficiently & effectively. We are looking to hire for the mentioned post on an immediate basis. Responsibilities: Lead on Roofing Residential Installations to include: Tear-off, Re-Felting, New Shingle, New Roof Tile, Torch down, TPO, etc. Solar Installations (Residential and Commercial) and representing our company Direct onsite customer communication Installation under supervision of Solar Arrays and Solar-Electrical components. Quality control inspection of Installed system Loading & Unloading of solar equipment & materials deliveries on the ground. Carry equipment and materials to the roof using a Lift equipment with the operator. Unloading all the solar delivery materials by hand on the rooftop or up to the 2nd story Other duties as assigned. Drive the assigned vehicle to the jobsite and return to our shop. Qualifications: 1 year experience as a Roofer required. Good Attitude and Responsibility Must be able to lift heavy weight Availability to work on weekends and /or overtime Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc) Must be willing and able to climb ladders, stairs, work on rooftops and able to work on your feet for long periods of time Valid Driver License Reliable transportation Job Type: Full Time + Over Time Pay: $20 to $30 per hour (Depending on Experience) Experience: 6 months + (being Lead) 1 year experience as Roofer (residential) Commercial experience Job distance: Corona, CA: Between 35 miles radius Work Location: Multiple locations within Southern California (NO SAN DIEGO AREAS; NORTH UP TO BAKERSFIELD) Work Remotely: No
