We are looking for a Customer Service Rep to join our office team in North Hollywood. Job Description: - Helping applicants fill out their employment application - Answering phone calls - Recruiting temporary employees - Data entry - Frequent cold-calling and appointment setting - Call existing customers to generate repeat sales - Assist with dispatch by preparing work ticket, distributing safety equipment, selecting employees for job assignments, and directing them to the job site location - Drive temporary workers and from job sites as needed (mileage compensated) - Assist in processing payroll Requirements: - Must be Bi-lingual (Spanish and English) - Must be able to work under pressure and in a high pace environment - Individual must have strong communication/client relationship building skills, and excellent phone personality - Be professional under tough circumstances - Polite and friendly - Have a positive can-do attitude - Valid drivers license - Fully vaccinated for Covid-19 - Must be able to pass the background check and drug screening
