Are you looking for an apartment share (2 bedroom) in either Long Island City or general area? I am looking for a roommate - to visit apartments with me and to sign a lease together. Not looking for any other type of arrangements ; just that I prefer finding something that we can both agree on. The reason I put this ad is because I do not enjoy being interviewed by others that have their own apartment/lease. Prefer non smoking. I am not concerned with your ethnicity; or any sexual preferences etc. Just as long as we are respectful to the common space. I am a lady/60yrs ; employed throughout the pandemic. Clean; quiet; responsible,non Smoker & non drinker, respectful; always helping others and have a soft & happy demeanor. Raised my family who are on their own as responsible citizens who volunteer & contributing to society. At this time I have 3 cats which are well behaved; friendly; would consider as lap cats and intend to keep in my room. Please contact me via email and we can discuss if we are in agreement.
